We know that right decision making and ethical judgment have to proceed before social responsibility and ethical management could be established. KT joined the UN Global Compact, a global treaty for corporate social responsibility in 2008, and has established ‘New Ethical Management Principles’ as the companywide code of ethics and founded 5 codes of conduct of ethical management in March 2014, thus preparing the ground for robust ethical management. The company joined the ‘Fair Player Club’, a public-private partnership forum for compliance and ethical management spearheaded by the UN Global Compact in March 2016 and is setting up ethical management in the organization through systematic activities such as continuous ethical management practices, educationㆍcampaign and internal communication channel.
